Branch Chairman Mike Ward gets an award!

Mike has been awarded the certificate in recognition for his outstanding
leadership and work on behalf of Newcastle, Chesterton and
District Branch of The Royal British Legion, as Chairman and Branch
Membership Secretary.
Korean Veteran, former Royal Signals Warrant Officer Class I, and retired local
businessman Mike. Is a very active branch member and can even be
seen carrying the Branch Standard on Remembrance Sunday on occasion.
Up until recently Mike was the County Recruiting Officer and a member of
the County Executive
Committee .
