It is a square graphic with a background that matches or blends to the background of the column where it can be found. In the foreground there is a drawing of a Lowry type matchstick man, sausage shaped tracing body with legs and sausage shaped feet

 and  with a poppy for the head. Each poppy man carries a poppy collectors box in their right hands  and there are four poppy people in the picture. At the top of the picture in lowercase Arial font are the words "Poppy People Wanted" in Red.
