County Conference Committee Course

Aim:
The aim of this course is to brief members and potential members of the Conference Committee and to familiarise them with the Legions conference procedures.

Target Student:
All serving members and potential future members of County Conference Committees, all County Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries.

Course Content:
The course includes:

Legion Annual Conferences.
Status & authority of CC's.
Procedures prior to conference.
Model terms of reference.
Amendments to the Charter.
Preparing motions for Conference.
Procedures for nominations and elections.
Organisation & conduct of Conference.
Syndicate problems & practical case studies
