County Recruiting Officer's Course

 

 Aim:
To develop the instructional skills of individuals who have displayed an ability and interest in becoming a RBL County or Branch instructor.

 
     
 

Target Student:
RBL members who display a potential to become County and Branch instructors.

 
     
 

Course Content:
Planning and presentation.
Evaluation, feedback and questioning.
Using visual aids.
Communicating effectively.
Organising syndicate presentation.
Practical syndicate presentation.
 Individual lecturettes ( 5 and 10 minute lecturettes ).
Individual presentation ( 15 minutes ).

Discussion period.

 
     
 

Registration:

Successful candidates will be added to the National Register of RBL County Instructors

The structure and development of each course is designed to enhance, encourage and support the attendee in his/her role within the Legion. Everyone involved in these courses are volunteers, each with the sole purpose, students and teachers alike, to gain from experience and to benefit the Legion, it's aims and objectives.
