Could you be the public face of the Legion in North & South Staffordshire ?: The Royal British Legion in North & South Staffordshire needs more caseworkers around the county who can spare some time to make a real difference. Our Caseworkers are vital in helping the Legion answer many thousands of calls for assistance received from the serving and ex-service community every year.
As a Caseworker you will be the public face of the Legion, a vital link between the serving and ex-Service community in need and a host of welfare services. Caseworkers visit people in their home and identify and assess the need for assistance and eligibility for help. We provide full training and support to all our much valued Caseworkers. Legion Caseworkers make a huge difference to the lives of those who've given so much. We would be particularly pleased to welcome volunteers with a social care, public service or advice-giving background.
